GYW系列永磁真空过滤机

适用范围：

Application

         GYW永磁筒式真空过滤机为上部给料的筒型外滤式真空永磁过滤机，主要适用于对较粗颗粒强磁性物料的脱水。

         This machine is vacuum permanent magnet filter which is feeding upwards, filtering outside and cylinder type. It is mainly suitable for dehydration of the relatively coarse-particles magnetic materials.

技术特点：

Feature

1.       简单内部装有锶铁氧体磁系，可促使磁性颗粒迅速吸附到滤布表面。

Strontium ferrite permanent magnetic system inside of the cylinder makes the magnetic particles be adsorbed rapidly onto the fabric surface.

2.       由于是上部给料，使得滤饼中精矿按粒度分层的效果更加明显。

The upper feeding makes the stratification effect of the concentrate filter cake according to the granularity more obvious.

3.       矿浆中磁性颗粒在磁力吸引下呈放射状布于圆筒表面，并由于磁系极性变化而产生磁搅拌作用显著地提高了生产率。

Magnetic particles in the slurry distribute on the surface of the cylinder in radial pattern because of the magnetic attraction. And the change of polarity magnetic system makes a magnetic stirring effect.
